The demand of our customers for location-flexible laser processing solutions is constantly increasing. We have therefore optimized the precision and functionality of our stationary “Adaptation” series for mobile applications. Thanks to its compact design, the ASKIAS Agilion can be moved from place to place in a very short time using a lifting iron or a forklift.

Up to 4 CNC-controlled and 7 manual axes allow you to adapt perfectly to the requirements of your customers at any time - from micro-processing of the finest precision parts to macro-processing of molded components weighing tons. With the help of interchangeable processing optics, you can also count on flawless, consistently reproducible results beyond laser welding, laser soldering, laser hardening, laser cutting, laser drilling and laser perforating.

The 4 CNC-controlled axes can either be manually operated, taught or controlled via NC programs. In addition, the manual axes are used for ergonomic pre-positioning. When using the intuitive teaching functions, it is possible to use teach points to teach splines into the software and run them partially automatically. Simple contours can be imported into the program and executed using two teach points. It is possible to travel around a circle via three points. With the help of the software, all tapped contours can be provided with a path offset. It is also possible to inject a complex outline into the program over several points.

The high-performance laser technology from our sister company AUXXOS also supports you in these applications. The efficient fiber lasers have an efficiency of over 30% and are therefore 10x more efficient than conventional laser sources. This not only protects the environment, but also your wallet. All processing optics are interchangeable, depending on the type of processing. In addition, users can adjust all laser parameters, such as pulse duration and pulse rate, variably in the machine control system. As a result, you always have perfect laser settings and achieve optimal results.

Aware that users of the location-flexible ASKIAS Agilion must adapt to the conditions at the point of use even faster and more precisely than in stationary laser processing, we have optimized our ergonomic concept for mobile applications. For stationary applications, we offer a fixed base frame for this system, which can be freely placed in the room. Alternatively, you can also use a table stand, which you place on a large workbench. In this way, you can ensure optimal work results at all times while working in a gentle working position.

Our work ergonomics standards are complemented by a wide range of accessories for the ASKIAS Agilion. On request, a camera attached to the processing optics and the electronically controlled shutter protect users from the effects of light from the laser process. In the case of longer or repetitive work processes, the machine also supplies the welding wire by means of a wire feed. In addition, the 180° swivel binocular, together with the freely positionable joystick, allows you to sit upright in front of the machine or work freely, concentrated directly on the workpiece. For quick and flexible positioning of workpieces, we also offer the Phos ball for this system.

The ASKIAS Agilion and the laser technology installed by our sister company AUXXOS are developed and manufactured in Germany.
