The ASKIAS Adaption is a stationary laser welding system. With 3 to 5 CNC-controlled and 7 manual axes, it adapts flexibly to your challenges and allows you to quickly convert from micro to macro processing and for almost all materials and shapes. Thanks to interchangeable laser optics, this laser welding machine can also be used for laser cutting, laser drilling and many other applications. The plant is eligible for funding thanks to energy-efficient fiber lasers from AUXXOS.

Simply transport the ASKIAS Agilion to your workpiece on a standard forklift or lifting iron. It is easy to convert, flexibly adjustable and controlled by 4 CNC and up to 7 manual axes. The innovative ASKIAS Agilion is our definition of highly flexible work.

ASKIAS Precision is a laser class 1 laser center that offers full flexibility for all applications: laser drilling, cutting, welding, soldering, removal, structuring and marking of almost all materials, including metals and ceramics, in a processing center. ASKIAS Precision allows you to perform complex 3D processing of components without additional accessories up to 5-axis simultaneous processing via two independent zero-point clamping systems.
