KIMLA laser cutting systems handle a wide range of materials. They precisely cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass. The systems can handle both thin materials, ideal for thin sheet and electrical sheets, as well as stronger workpieces. From thin sheet metal up to thicknesses of several millimeters — KIMLA systems always deliver excellent results.

With its laser cutting systems, KIMLA has established itself as one of the market leaders for cutting applications from individual to series production due to the high laser power of up to 20 kW and outstanding machine dynamics. In addition to the monolithic design of the system, the basis for good machine dynamics is also the linear drives, which allow particularly high acceleration values of up to 6g. In this way, KIMLA systems are able to meet the ever increasing demands for productivity, complex shapes and a wide range of materials.

The control of the cutting systems was also developed specifically for fiber lasers and was not taken over by other manufacturing processes, as is the case with many other systems. This allows KIMLA laser systems to meet the highest precision requirements while maintaining high speeds.

Energy efficiency through high-performance fiber lasers and magnetic linear drives:
KIMLA laser cutting systems rely on efficient high-performance fiber lasers. With an efficiency of over 30%, they are 10x more efficient than conventional lasers. In this way, energy costs can be reduced and the purchase of the plant can receive BAFA funding. Thanks to magnetic linear drives and brake energy recovery on the drives, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 70% compared to conventional drive types.

Maximum precision with high dynamics:
The monolithic basic design of the KIMLA laser cutting systems enables maximum precision even at high accelerations of up to 6g and thus offers unique machine dynamics.

Flexible formats and fast loading and unloading:
From compact small-format machines (2,000x1,000mm) to full-fledged laser cutting machines (2,500x3,000-8,000 mm) to 12m pipe cutting systems or maxi formats, KIMLA offers the full spectrum of laser cutting. The ergonomic design of the machines allows quick and easy access to the machine interior. On request, you can equip your KIMLA system with an automatic pallet changer.

Powerful software and laser control:
The control software was patented by KIMLA and combines CAD, CAM and nesting in one user terminal. This allows you to start your cutting job directly from a USB stick. Offset-free control and automatic drawing post-processing ensure errors are avoided even with complex shapes. KimLa's own control module enables highly optimized travel routes and speeds and thus ensures maximum productivity.

Cost savings and delivery times:
In addition to significant cost savings due to energy efficiency and lower material losses, the purchase price of a KIMLA laser cutting machine is definitely competitive. Thanks to a high level of vertical integration at the KIMLA plant in Częstochowa, we are currently able to meet delivery times of 16 — 18 weeks.

The machine control system developed specifically for fiber lasers allows higher processing speeds. The doors around the system and optional loading and unloading systems also allow rapid and flexible loading and unloading of the systems.
