How will my order be shipped?

We ship your order depending on the size and weight of the goods. Parcel goods are shipped via GLS, while pallet goods are delivered by a freight forwarder. The shipping costs are added to the invoice amount. We will confirm the expected delivery date in a separate order confirmation. In the case of pallet goods, the shipping company will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Our B2B shop is aimed exclusively at corporate customers. Payment is conveniently made by invoice, which is sent together with the goods that are sent to you by email. Please note that the prices shown are net and the statutory value added tax is charged additionally for B2B customers.
